wet weather driving

I was wondering if many people drive their cars in the wet, and if they have experienced any problems with the seats getting wet and the stitching falling apart. My Xtreme is fitted with Cobra vinyl seats as per the Quantum kit and I was a bit concerned that water may damage the stitching.

Cheers
Michael

Argos sell some heavy duty waterproof covers, i considered buying some but have found that it is not worth taking the car out in the rain as its no fun , you get drowned buy the wheel spray when cornering and slide all over the place.

Forgot to add i sprayed my leather covered seats with some waterproofing spray for shoes made by Kiwi. It helps when caught out in bad weather.
