Quaife reverse box bearings?

I have to fit a new set of bearings to my Quaife reverse box as it has a bit of slop in the input and output shafts but I am not sure what bearings they use and want to order them before removing the box and fitting them (I am pushed for time before an event). I think they use one of each of the following but am not 100% sure:

1 x NSK 6206NR

1 x NSK 4206BTNG YRLN5

Does anyone know if these are correct and do you need to do anything to break them in?
