What are these called and where can I buy them?

A friend of mine is restoring an old Massey Ferguson 148 (I think) and needs some little rubber grommets/standoffs which go behind the radiator grill to stop it rattling. They are designed to push into about a 6mm hole and have a conical shape about 12mm in base diameter. See photo below.

Does anyone know what these are called and where I might source them? I tried Woolies Trim but no joy.

Try searching for isolation washers or spacers

Panel buffers or bump stops.

They use something similar on the toolbox of my Vespa. .SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20160908105057%26meid%3D9dfdf4991952480d98b17a31c703c59c%26pid%3D100675%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D15%26sd%3D283275143992%26itm%3D2832751 43992%26pmt%3D1%26noa%3D1%26pg%3D2481888&_trksid=p2481888.c100675.m4236&_trkparms=pageci%3A06d1c2b7-c9be-11e9-8903-74dbd1801c67%7Cparentrq%3Ad 964d86216c0a9e42e41eeb1ffe25048%7Ciid%3A1

No problem, I was curious!
I know they not exact same profile as the rotten ones but perhaps they were previously replaced.
Perhaps check the parts book
