What parts are required from the bike (ZX10R)

A friend of mine threw his 08 ZX10r down the road a few weeks ago.
His insurance company have decided its a total loss and are writing the bike off despite it being a fairly slow speed crash with not a lot of damage.
He rode it home 15 or so miles after ditching it without any problems
They have offered him the bike back for not a lot of money and he is thinking of buying it back to sell in bits,

Can any of you tell me exactly what parts of the bike make a "complete" kitcar kit.

Thanks

Parts I used when putting the zx10 in my Indy were, full wiring loom, ( ign lock and key makes things easier ) ecu, throttle bodies, airbox, clocks, motor that controls exhaust valve, fuel pump, i also used the standard zx10r manifold and a race can from the same . May also be usefull to chuck any cooling pipe in with the package. I'm sure to have missed something !!

Oh yeah.. the engine.
