Would this exhaust pass IVA

Would I get away with this as a combined cat / combiner down the side of my haynes roadster (or would I struggle to make the seams IVA passable)?

How about something like the heat shields that some people fit to stop them burning their legs on the exhaust?

Wrapped mine in exhaust heat wrap and passed IVA - still hasn't fallen off after IVA as the temperatures it gets to are incredible!
