How can this be resolved?

I think Chris is having to do the updates manually at the moment so it can take awhile

I sent my annual donation a couple of days ago now and still get the red banner - I wouldn't worry too much about it, sure Chris will get round to it eventually.

I am waiting also. TBH the day I paid the donation the ad I wanted to see became viewable by everyone anyway but I was wondering how long it takes.
I thought I saw it was automatic but I guess not.
And yes, I know 6 years is a long time without making enough posts but I had a few things get in the way!!

Still nothing!!!

There have been a few For Sale ads, which I would have been very interested in... by the time I was able to view the item had sold!

Chris has been online but has not resolved. I have messaged him but still nothing.

I have finally got the server back from the ISP and installed it at my own DC. Hopefully I can persuade my Paypal integration to start working again. I can then ask Paypal to replay the transactions since the server disappeared which in theory will credit everyone for their donations.

Sorted now, thanks for emailing me. Key was knowing your surname. For some reason my Paypal is showing the transaction ID as 9PT62263T60278310. Strange.

Anyway, give me 2 mins and I will fix your account.

You were quicker than me, David! I was just about to post to say I have fixed it. Issue with the server that receives the transaction data from Paypal.

Anyone who donated since 10th April at 10:09 would not have been recognised until just now.

If anyone still has an outstanding donation that has not registered on their account please drop me a line. Email ideally as my u2u inbox gets flooded most days.
