teegray19 - 31/5/17 at 09:14 PM

Hi Guys,

Back on the garage clear out with the wedding coming up.

not sure if there are any gun nuts on here, but i have for sale 2 BSA .22 air rifles.

one is a BSA spring action super sport

one is a BSA huntex gas powered rifle.

both are in great condition - would like them to both go together if possible.

not sure if you could spread the word if no-one here is interested.

Photos in Archive,

Thanks Antony.

thanks Ray,

Ive been out of the air rifle scene for a little while now - but i vaguely remember what i paid for them...

i think £125 each delivered would be a fair deal for both parties, but open to offers.

there gas bottle adaptors, gas canisters, pellets, extra scope as per Pic.

let me know, cheers

I'll start by saying I'm not interested (even though I quite like the idea).

I'm curious though as to whether you can post/ship such items?

Can be sent to a local licenced gunsmith for collection.

Some companies deliver direct using their own company fleet.
The driver is then able to confirm the legal requirements. Id, proof of address etc

Just wack it in a box... be alright.

For private sale of non Section 1 air rifles, Royal Mail is the only legal way to send them but you are supposed to declare the contents when sending. Section 1 air rifles however must be sent via a registered firearm dealer to another registered firearms dealer, or be purchased face to face.

Thanks for the updates on shipping - being firearms I assumed there would be more to it than sending ordinary items.

Sold to Colin - pending my delivery!

Anthony thanks for dropping off the guns the other day.

Sorry I could not be there.

BUT! The BSA gas gun is not a BSA! It is Beeman AR2078, which is stamped on the barrel.

Did you bring the wrong one?

Colin

Hi Colin,

No worries - would have been good to meet but I had a good chat with bob on his collection of cars .

It's definitely the right ones I brought as I've only ever had two!

That being said - I was only advised that's what they were so have just presumed what I was told was correct!

I've looked up that model which you say is on there and that sure is the same gun.

Although still a £200 gun new not the BSA then...

Let me know what you want todo. It's a long way for me to pick it up again.

Anthony, in actual fact the gun is currently available from a dealer in Sheffield, brand new for less than £150.

But I think we had better carry on this conversation on U2U?
