MNR VORTEX HYABUSA KIT

I have a MNR Vortex RT + hyabusa kit with race front end and dry sump kit.
This was MNR demonstrator chasis they had at this years Newark show. I bought it after the show with everything need to complete the car to a very high standard. The car is about 50% complete and all the work so far has been completed by MNR. As you can see from the build cost below, parts are around 17K + the build cost so far from MNR.
I negotiated a discount and paid 13.5K for the kit and have since returned the exhaust and manifold so the car owes me 12.5K. I am prepared to take a small hit to get my leg out but not much. If it doesent sell within 2 weeks I will get a local specialist to complete the car and track it next year.
I may consider a part ex with money either way but the part ex car would need to take a 6'5" driver.
If anyones interested I will try to post photos of the kit and the car in its current build state when I figure out how.

Why not complete it yourself? If funds are tight

Time is the issue not money. I was kidding myself that I had the time to build the car.

Rob/Daniel
Going to give it till the end of the month to try and sell. If it does I will buy something ready to track if it dont I will give it to the guys at Mac#1 or someone to finish for me ready for next season.
Dont know how you could tell the wheels are on the wrong way round from that photo but your right, I just threw them on last night to take a photo. I didnt know myself I had 2 x 205 and 2 x 195 oops.
Thanks
Ady

Tyre direction

Shame you can't finish it, it looks like it could be an awsome car.

Does look like a great spec, part of me is tempted to build another one and i'd only go for a Busa or ZZR14 for an engine

just out in interest why would you get mac#1 to finish it and not MNR who obviously know the car

With out going into too much detail, I had a dispute with MNR when I bought the car and I find the lads at Mac# 1 easier to communicate with + they are on my doorstep so I could keep an eye on the project.

This would be a fantastic buy for someone who is wanting to build a new mnr. Mega savings on a new kit price! If I wasn't in The middle of a build I'd be coming round for a look
