Outage last night

Apologies everyone for the service outage last night. It appears the site went offline between 0030 and 0100. It was fixed this morning after someone reported it to me via Facebook.

It seems that Apache, the web server software, had some kind of seg fault. I have not been able to establish why this has happened, but as it is the second time in about a month that it has occurred I have taken the precaution of updating httpd to the latest version. Hopefully that will prevent it happening again.

Cheers, Chris

When I tried to get onto the forum this morning - well, it was how I imagine a heroin addict feels during withdrawal symptoms!

Really glad you got it going again, Chris.
