i am having a garage clear out to make room for my finished car to come home.

Not teaching you how to suck eggs mate but might be easier sticking a list up then you can mark what's been sold. Stick up a list of rough prices too, people, me included, are put off by making offers for risk of offending.

any details on the impact gun and die grinder?

Interested in the impact wrench. Could you send me some more details of it, as it is not a very clear picture, ie what make, is it 1/2" drive and what is the torque?
