he's selling it as unregistered this time, so the car is actually legitimate. assumedly he's given up trying to convince people its
straight. end of the day, its a sodding bargain! it cant be far from compliant, and once its tested it will be worth much more.
ps if i bought it id grind all the chassis numbers off, since it is nothing to do with the mini on the v5.

damn right! and you'd have a laugh driving it home on the wrong plates! as the ad says, cant be 500 quid to get it compliant.
Somebody with a mini shell would snatch your hand off, tax free motoring.
