MK reverse box

Has anyone got any pics of the electric reverse that MK supply for a BEC? I'm thinking about getting one but it all depends on where it goes and if it'll fit.

Thanks
Jk

I've not seen one but I believe there's a sprocket that goes between the diff and prop.

Ive got an electric reverse fitted to my MNR. i presume it will be the same idea as the MK one:

large gear between the prop, and Diff, then a motor mounted above it with a small gear on it. there is a lever near the dash that pulls a linkage to the motor, and makes the 2 gears mesh. i then press a button to power up the motor.

i have some pics at home that ill upload later so you can see

I have got a reverse fitted to my race car. If any one would like a look at how it's fitted or it works give MK a ring. The reverse kit is £350.

I contacted MK the other day regards the reverse. It uses an electric starter motor which sits under the diff at the back of the car and has an adapter which fits between the diff and the propshaft. The starter motor then drives the adapter, I think via a chain. Although still haven't been able to obtain any pics of it.

Hope that makes sense! I think it's a very good alternative to the costly quaife reverse box which sets you back at least £700 new and then requires a split propshaft.
