Wrap round harness instalation IVA ?

Hello quick question
I want to if possible install harness / seat belts 4 point
as the jpg bellow as my roll bar cross support is in the correct place to do so . as designed.

? is this type of installation IVA legal or do I have to weld in some bosses and bolt/eye bolt them in

this is only for the 2 shoulder straps the rest will be bolted

I'm probs not the best person to answer this as I always bolt my harnesses to brackets, but TTBOMK the requirement for IVA is that they be secure to withstand likely forces exerted on them, hence, provided the cross support is substantial & not likely to easily bend (ie long unsupported section) then I would have thought it would be fine. I would have a close read of the seat belt section of the IVA manual - if still in any doubt then contact the boys at VOSA, they are usually very helpful

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1
