Customer Support R-Tech

I just bought some Welder plugs and sockets for a DIY TIG welder From R-Tech
Not only were parts cheaper than Ebay. they arrived quickly as well.

But they sent two sockets when they were ment to be plugs.

So I called Customer Support at R-Tech, the experience was just WOW, they said sorry for the error and will send out replacements.

The replacement parts arrived a couple days later.

It's really nice to see some companies still look after their customs.

I just wish I had the money to justify buy a decent TIG, as they would be at the top of my list.

post like yours litter https://www.mig-welding.co.uk/ , is it worth buying something from an unknown on the other side of the planet ?, cos if things go pear shaped, they wont be around to help you.

I couldn't rate R-tech higher. Brilliant company to deal with.
