how to dissassemble a UJ joint

Can anyone tell me how to dissasemble these UJ joint in the sierra propshaft so i can add the proper insert for the gearbox after shortening?
It looks like the bearings are held in by little metal parts which have been pressed in!

the joints are staked in they can only be done by a propshaft repairer or smashed out and new cups welded carefully in
