Curious about Avon suspension design

I've been looking at the design of the Tiger Avon as it is in the book and I've a couple of questions.

The front suspension lower pickups are angled upwards towards the front of the car, in exactly the opposite direction to how they should be for anti-dive geometry. Is there any reason other that it "looking" neater that the pickups are angled this way?

Also, the setup page states that rear suspension should be toed OUT. Again, shouldn't this be IN? Reading about many places state that a toed OUT rear end is unstable?

Just a thought.

the more toe in on the rear promotes high speed stability the more toe in the more stable in a straight line but the more likely you will promote understeer, idealy you would want the rear toeing in and the front toeing out
but thats just my opinion..
