oldest passenger in a 7 varient?

We hosted my mother in laws birthday yesterday and my wifes uncle who is 90 asked to see my Avon. It wasnt long before he asked to sit in the passengers seat and which led to a quick spin. He even got himself out of the car afterwards. He had a grin from one side of his face to the other when we got back and was telling all the other guest about his spin. The only complaint was from his wife who said. "Ill be hearing about this all week".

Any other young at heart wrinkly tales?

Ian

I'll see if I can find the pic of a mate giving a lady a ride to her 100th birthday party in his Locost!

Edited: found the image and the drivers original post about it:

A friend of mine asked if I would help celebrate the 100th birthday of a dear lady he was close to. So it was organised that I would collect her from the nursing home and take her to the party. On the way while traveling at 60kmh she asked me in her broad German accent "How fast will this car go" my reply was that it would go very fast indeed, her reply "well go faster then". As one to do as he is told I obliged with the pedal to the metal but only in the straight bits, and Anna arrived with a huge smile at the party to receive her letter from the queen etc. She passed away a few months later and was still talking about that very silly little car up to the day.

A photo of the old dear below, she was game for anything.
