Building: building another aries locoblade

building an aries locoblade and the time has come to fit the mirrors.how do I know what is the correct position for them to be attatched to the scuttle....

The IVA manual specifies what your rear view visibility has to be from the drivers seat. All I did was set up some markers behind the car and then have someone hold the mirrors in various places against the scuttle until I was satisfied that I could see what I needed to.
