Kennedy KEN 515-5400k alternative

Morning,
I am at the stage of having to start connecting all of my various looms and parts together.
Having no electrical tools to talk off and seeing how tiny some of these connectors are, I thought it best to get some advice.
Electrician at work recommend the Kennedy 515-5400k for my 0.5 to 6mm needs.
These are £60+ at Cromwell Tools.

Is this overkill for what I need or a sound investment to ensure good connections?

I'm hoping it will get rare use after install and on the road!

Any help appreciated folks.
