Rolling road for Weber Alpha

I'm thinking of switching from a silvertop zetec to blacktop for various reasons and therefore want the weber alpha ecu reprogrammed. Just been onto Weber and they no longer support the Alpha setup and could be of no help.
Can anybody recommend a Weber authorised rolling road to do the work, btw I'm in Aviemore, Scotland.

Looks like it will be easier to go to the Netherlands

I have an brand new alpha kit wiating to go on mine, which is premapped for a 2.0, but if I ever decided to make mods I will probably move to a different management. Will be cheaper in long run.

Can't you just get Webcon to put the standard blacktop map on there? I've got the standard one on my Pro4 set up and I've never had to touch it since buidling the car - just works great, now done 20,000+ of happy motoring on track, motorway, mountains, etc. Now if I get some new cams I might go to NMS to get it properly set up. I know also that I could be a few BHP less than optimum as my cam pulley(s) have not been swung to extract the maximum BHP, but at this time, there simply has been no need do to so or to spend the money.

So, maybe you could just get away with return postage, plus Webcon's reprogramming fee.

That's what I was asking them to do but just got the reply that "since the beginning of the year they no longer support the alpha range and so there is no help they can offer, good bye".

Must be about time they released a way to unlock for anyone to map if they are no longer supporting it.

Be aware that the very early Weber Alpha Ignition only ECU's can't be re-mapped, even by the Weber Dealers

This has caught a few folk out

Didn't Burtons sell Weber Alpha systems? They might be worth a phone call?

I'm going to ring Northampton Motorsports in the morning to see if they can help.
