Diff clearance

I have a book built chassis with ZX-9R Engine ,but i am very concerned by the amount of clearance between the diff and and frame where the circular diff flange is very very close to the frame .

i am using live axle cortina mk5 back axle since fitting poly bushes to it has decreased the gap between the frame and diff flange .
