Is it possible?!

Would it be possible to have a twin bike engined, twin turbo'd seven style BEC, pushin out about 700 bhp? If so could nitrous then be added to crank it to over 800? Just thinkin that's all!!!

Possible yes, within the 250 budget no.

Why twin engine?

Its double the cost but you don't get double the performance!

If you're a full on turbo-nutter, I'd say it might be possible but, obviously, seriously expensive.

Speaking as a newbie to the scene - my single blade engined 7 is plenty for a normal human being

I would wager that driveability would be a serious issue with the machine you describe

The existing twin engined cars use one engine to drive the front wheel and one to drive the rear with an Omex engine management system to ensure that the revs on the two engines never differ by more than 500rpm.
As such, they do not truly have the power of both engines added together.

You would need to decide which (or both) set of wheels would be subject to the nitrous and a serious EMS would be required to reign all that power in.

I reckon the Turbo'd Hyabusa is probably as powerful as any 7 should ever be - with the biggest turbo they (Holeshot Racing) offer, you can have 450hp.......a modest 900ish bhp/ton

Not enough for you, you bad, bad man?

If you have around £40k budget then maybe.

If its gonna be 2wd then you'd need to get a tranfer box to join em. The Z Cars one is about £2k and cant seem to cope with two ZX9s (overheats all the time), so probably wouldnt be any use for twin trubo engines. If that wont do then your into the realms of commisioning someone to build one for you ££££

You could make it 4wd like the Z100WR, but then that has £10k's worth of Motec engine management and traction control etc on it in order that it can go round a corner, as one engine to each seto f wheels doesnt exaclty provide nice predictable power to each wheel!
