Oil Type/COOLING for ZX9R

What Oil type are you using in your ZX9R - type synthetic/semi/grade...etc
Also I'm a bit confused on the cooling pipe runs/route from the pump/oil cooler to rad any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Paul

We were reccommended to use a semi, it cost £37 for 4 litres so it better be good! Time will tell!

As reccomended by a lot of people (inc RGBers IIRC) on the BEC list, I use Redline.
See http://www.redlineoil.co.uk for details and a BEC FAQ.

No connection etc etc.

Cheers,
Ben
