fitting zx9 manifold

Is it possible to cut and fit the exhaust manifold, while the engine is in place, or do i have to remove engine.
Cheers Brad.

I tried various shape holes in hardboard to get one which I thought looked ok, and can get the manifold on and off without removing anything

Yes, but it's definatly one of the scaryest jobs I did.
Cutting a big hole in your lovely side panel, almost blind to exactly where it's got to be..

cardboard template to determine minimum hole size, then start small and keep enlarging to template, in line with iengine
