2005 CBR1000 Exhaust Design

Recently I upgraded my engine from 1998 CBR919 to a 2005 CBR1000, during this process I made up a set of short adapters that go from the round exhaust ports of the 919 to the oval exhaust ports of the 1000 so I could re-use the exhaust headers I already had as an interim measure to get it running. I am now at a point where I want to make a new exhaust but was wondering about sizes, lengths, etc?

Has anyone got a properly tuned exhaust on a 2005 engine with some measurements handy? I don't want to go making a new system and then find I have ar$ed it up.
