I'll second the guys from Paul Matty - they bought my first Elise off me and it couldn't have been a more pleasant transaction (apart from the part where I cried on the floor like a child when the took my car away).

They're a good source of parts for all things Lotus and I rckon you could almost uy an entire new Elan in kit form from them if you had the cash (not that I've thought about it...)

I always used to use Christopher Neil Ltd

http://www.christopherneilparts.co.uk/Lotus_Elan.htm

Also http://www.spydercars.co.uk/ for modified & reconditioned parts.

Having owned one for 8 years I can say an Elan Plus2S is like banging your head against a brick wall great when you stop.

I have the shell from a '73 +2 that I'm fitting onto my MK. I've got some bits left over that I need to sell (original passenger and driver door glass, wing mirrors)
