Velocity XT Rear hubs & Calipers

I have just been trying to attach my rear disc calipers to my newly assembled hubs - but I can only get the top bolt in.

I've tried both calipers on the same hub, both ways up, but the bottom of the caliper, either the hydraulic pipe or the handbrake linkage, always fouls the fabricated upright and prevents me getting the bottom bolt in.

Anybody else had this experience ??

I attach a picture of one way up, the other looks the same (HOW DO I ADD 2 PICTURES!!)

Im not sure if the uprights were designed with the disks in mind, only drums.

Give Luego a buzz, they will probably know a way around it

Hi Go,

Thanks, they are supposed to be for Sierra rear discs, I also left an e-mail with Luego, but didn't expect a reply before Monday... However, I have had a reply from Grant at Luego - the other photo I tried to put on the forum had the other caliper the other way up, which showed the hydraulic brake line fouling the fabrication. Luego advised that a banjo fitting will do the trick. Thanks
