ZX12-R plumbing

After having my car drenched in coolant im am hopeing none of the electrics have been ruined and am not going to fill the car up with coolant again until i am 100% that the system will work.

I have just spent an hour drawing this masterpeice which someone can happily poke fun off and maybe also return with some input.

After reading and seeing a few pics i am wondering whether the direction of the pump is correct? i thought i found it in the manual to be that but i maybe wrong. Also seen someone using an additional water bottle that the overflow goes into not sure what that is.

I have retained the original oil cooler water pipe from the water pump side to oil cooler.

Any help much appreciated

The pump should pull from the bottom of the radiator into the engine at the bottom. Yours (as far as I can tell) is the other way round?

Yeah just been reading the manuel and god knows what i was thinking i must have been backwards that day!

Can anyone comment on the plumbing lines and whether an expansion or vent tank is needed to take the overflow from the header tank.
