Chris sorted my problems with the nagging screen etc
Just got an email from Chris replying to mine stating he has sorted me out so just posting to see if he has or not.

Oh Yes ive got my contributor tag i guess only time well tel if the screens gone or not i will keep you posted.

You should only have a problem if you contribute, and the email address from which you use paypal is not the same as the one you use on here.
I notice most people who dont get their prob solved dont have an email address on here. This is how Chris ties the payment to a user, so if you dont
have an email address on here that matches your paypal one, you wont get it sorted, or it certainly wont help you.

That could be why I am struggling then. I couldn't use my AOL email on here as it would accept it, thought it was spam, so I used my work
address.
I have tried several times to sort i. Even sent Chris a copy of the confirmation email from PayPal.
I will try again from my work address as it is getting tiresome. It is good to see that some are being sorted though as this suggests h has not
forgotten us!!

i was the same would not except me joining with aol so used brothers computer
i also sent comfirmation details of paypal

Chris got mine sorted the other day, followed Fozzie's advise and emailed Chris with all the details user name on here email address used on
Paypal and any other information that I thought may help him sort it out.
Well it worked for me

No Colin, thats correct, you don't have to copy it to me too! 
Its just that you are the first ( as far as I know), to have the correct status, but still have the 'nag' screen.... so.....
I can ask Chris the question, as to why that has happened, without him having to search for 'contributor' verification.....as you already
have it!

When there is a batch of 10-12 or so emails, I'll spend half an hour going through them. Did some weekend before last, will do the next batch
during the week.

If you've got the tag, the nag screen will stop.... as long as you're logged in of course. If you're just putting your username and
password in each time you post, you will still get the screen as the site doesn't know who you are.
