Biggest day at Stoneleigh
Hi Guys,
Ill be flying over to stoneleigh this year from Northern Ireland for the first time to take a look at the cars there and scope out the one im gonna
build! But i can only get over for 1 day with exams coming up etc.
Does anyone know which day would be best to go on?
The Monday is a bank holiday so i was thinking that will probably be the best/busiest?
Has anyone been before that can give an opinion? thanks!

First day has always been the best in the years i've been going imho.
A lot of folk seem to start leaving just after lunch on the Monday to beat the traffic etc and that included some of the smaller traders.

Sunday.
Monday morning is OK but if the weather is poor all the clubs pootle off early

I went on monday last year, and with it being slightly damp nearly all the clubs had left or were leaving. Obviously the exhibitors were still there
but stoneleigh is much more than just a manufacturers event.

This will be my first trip to Stoneleigh, I am going on Sunday is there anything in particular to try and get to/see? I am meeting Paul from Spire to
talk about my build and want to have a look at other similar cars to make sure I’m on the right bit of kit before I take the plunge.
Is there a Locost meet up or is there far too much forum jousting to be safe to put a forum name to a nose? ;-)
Really looking forward to Stoneleigh.
The beauty of a build is not the build or the drive when it’s done, it’s the sneaking the funds slowly past the wife as she remains blissfully
unaware!

Hi ASH,
Ill maybe take a spin round and have a look at some of your indys on the sunday. Havent just decided completely thats thats what i want to build but
definitely itd be good to see some BEC and CEC versions!
