Registration Form V355/4 or 5 and V627/1 Receipts

Hi, apologies, I know this has been covered before but I've seen conflicting information and I'm confused!

I'm building a Sylva J15 and have IVA booked for next week so doing what I can on the registration forms up front.

Im going for a Q plate as I dont have the V5 from the donor vehicle.

I'm assuming I need V355/4 - is this correct?

Also, do the the receipts to backup the entries on the V627/1 Built up Vehicle Report have to be the originals?

And one last question, there seems to be some debate as to the best address to use to send these off. Can someone advise on the current one please?

I was/am confused by this.

I ordered a V355/4 and a V355/5, I filled in the V355/5 to get an age related plate (still waiting for the registration to be sorted).

Didn't think you needed a V627/1 for built up cars unless you wanted age related or new reg number.

Not much help, sorry, but send your paperwork to Kits and Rebuilds,

Good luck!

Just in case anyone else finds this thread, I phoned DVLA and asked them about this and they said it would be the V355/5 as the 4 is only for a new vehicle.
