Just make your own, it's simple and cheap with bits from CBS.

It's hardly any cheaper to make your own than get custom ones made in any colour you fancy with a wipe clean pvc outer instead of bare braid that attracts oil, dust & muck like a certain substance attracts flies!

Linky to brake hoses

You'll want m10 x 1.0 male swivels for the calipers, & probably male bulkhead for the inner ends, depending on what you have on your copper pipes, just check you have sufficient clearance around the caliper entry points as you might need a bend on those depending on access

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1

With most calipers a straight male swivel is the simplest, easiest & cheapest fitting, all you really need to look at is the access to the entry port to make sure you can get a straight run from there, best way to measure is from tip to tip of the whole hose including the unions, don't forget to allow for lock to lock & bump/droop, it's always better to have a hose a few cm too long than one that twangs like a guitar string!
