Hi,

Can anyone advise who manufacturers the best top/bottom front wishbones to the original Ron Champion Design?

Thanks in advance

I would go to Martin Batho, his work is superb. He will usually do anything you want and used to supply Haynes Roadster parts/chassis before making his own 7esque kit. He fabricates alumiium bodies for westfields and caterhams as well as his own car as well. You will find his web site at

IIRC the book says 5.5 deg but really you want 11deg? Have I got that right? It's well known you want double what the 2nd edition book says.

Apologies for the poor memory, I built mine in 2002!

Used to know every chassis rail, every number, every part off the top of my head... but a lot has happened since then!

If I was in the market for buying, and there weren't 'off the shelf' items available I'd be talking to Martin Keenan engineering about it.

Martin knows his stuff and does contract fabrication stuff judging by his Faceache posts.
