Gaz Shocks

I have bought a set (4) of adjustable gaz shocks but dont know what the spring rate is, they have black springs. Can any one help me? Also how do i adjust them ie to make them stiffer etc, there is a plus and minus toggle on the side and the springs can be screwed up and down?
Thanks very much
alex

Springs are usualy marked on the part of the coil that is ground flat should say the poundage and the free length. with dampening you usualy turn thr knob clockwise to increase damping or stiffness
nope this helps.
