fitting rear disks?

just a quick question,

if i get a donor sierra which has rear drums.

can i then just buy some rear callipers/carriers, or will i need different hubs Etc aswell?

You can buy brackets for the conversion from 3GE Components and use the same bearing carriers.

The drive flange will need turning down to 134mm to fit inside the disc bell and then you can fit new sierra calipers. see below:
