15 Inch Wheel Size Front and Rear

Hi,

I have finished my chassis and I need some advise on 15 "wheel widths I can run on my car and suggested front and rear setups? Any help would be massive help.

Kind Regards

Sam

All depends on your arch clearance and wheel offset required.

What power are you going to be running?

I'm running 7 inch with 195/50 front and rear putting 286bhp threw them and they are fine.

Running the same offset front and rear and tyre size means you can swap tyres/wheels to any position on car.

At some point in time I was thinking on different sizes front and back, but in the end I settled for equal sizes.
I am building a 5 liter V8 Locost.
So +1 for same size....

If the Holy Grail of two seater sports cars is equal weight on all four wheels then doesn't equal tyres and wheel sizes follow?

As required/permitted by your Hub Carriers/Suspension/Steering/Brakes components.
Shoot for minimal Scrub Radius.
