what sealer to use with petrol
i'm not sure that the gasget is sealing around the petrol pump in the tank and i'd like to put a bead of sealer around it then refit, what
can i use?

yep, do a search for this.
but to help a little bit, I use the red semi-hardening hermatite stuff anbd it is fine (the blue stuff says not for immersion in petrol on the back -
this was used, not buy me, before and had gone soft).

Don't put sealer near it --- if you can avoid it.

Twas I who used blue stuff to seal sender unit on tank.
NEVER AGAIN!!!
Still finding it in fuel filter, fortunately, that's as far as it's getting now I changed filters!
