Fuel Filler

I am in the process of making my fuel tank and am using the dimensions of the MK supplied tank, but am missing the filler neck/collar dimensions.

Can anyone tell me the measurements for the position of the filler collar on the top right of the tank, the diameter of the collar and and height please?
