house alarm help. tamper light on!

Guys,
I have a gentle f133 alarm panel and i.just replaced the batter in the panel and of course it went off.because i opened.the cabinet. now the tamper light is on and i can't get it to go off!

Anyone know where i can download a use manual for it? All i have is the alarm code :-(

Cheers Col

have you dropped power to the panel, then turned it back on?
is usually really simple to reset the panel but you should put it in engineering mode before you remove covers!

If its been under contract to an alarm company or maintenance contract, it will prob need an engineer code to reset.

Make sure you have fitted the cover on panel corretly- there is a microswitch to prove the cover is correctly fitted.

it will only be a spring pushing the tamper switch on the panel
