Upgrading caliper advice

Hi all

I have Granada Mk2 calipers and vented discs front and Sierra 4x4 single disc on the rear.

Does anyone make a direct replacement, lighter weight caliper that bolts straight on so i dont have to replace discs and / or pads?

The current ones seem very heavy and I want to loose some unsprung weight in this area and increase performance.

All ideas welcomed
