For what I see is like those multitools...

That's the name I know for them.

I bought a similar one off ebay for son no.1 to have in his bicycle saddle bag. As mentioned multi-tools often aren't the best quality tool, but are usually better than nothing at all when you're in fix. Son no.1's bicycle has bolt on wheels so this works for him (me) if he gets a puncture.

Ditto - side of the trail remove a wheel to fix a puncture tool.
