Fan control

Anyone know the pin on an EEC-V (LAAN) ecu that is for the fan control relay.

Laan should me a mk2 Mondeo ( Blacktop ).

I think the high speed fan control will be pin 17 a black wire with a white trace ?

You will need the k46 5 pin relay for it to work for some reason. It has a diode in it between the fan out put and a separate chassis earth.

It switches the earth.


You may also want to try pin 68 Black with a blue trace this is the standard fan control and may come on a few degrees sooner.

High speed was fairly high, 112degC from memory. I can't remember thr other one.
