Never fitted it, and now don't have a Saab.
Very heavy, so probably better for collection.

Thule Roof bar feet.
I think they are Thule part 754 : Gutterless Feet. and Rapid fit kit 1003 (pegs that fit into sockets under the door rubber seal)
Were fitted to a 1998 Saab 9-3, but think they fit lots of cars.
