My computer

Its served me well through uni, and has been massively upgraded. Unfortunately its just not quick enough for the games I want to play now.

Now building myself a new system, so my old one will be available in a week or so.

Heres the spec, pics below.

•AMD XP3000+ Skt A Processor
•1.25GB DDR333 Memory
•nVidia GeForce 6600GT 256MB graphics card
•280GB Hard drive (one 200GB plus one 80GB)
•Gigabyte GA-7VAXP Motherboard
•Asus Dual Layer DVD 16x re-writer
•Asus 52x24x52 CD-RW
•On board 5.1 sound (ignore the X-Fi sticker in the pics, I'm keeping that card for my new pc)
•Dial-up modem
•Modified case with lights (ones on front change colour, internal is blue neon), 5 case fans
•Legit Windows XP Pro
•2 Front USB ports
•Firewire and extra USB header for rear of case
•Keyboard
•Mouse

Computer will come with a legitimate clean install of Win XP Pro. The hard drive can be partitioned as you wish, or it can be left as two large drives.

Easily capable of running all but the most recent of games (e.g. Crysis). FEAR is 30+fps @1280x1024, Doom is well over 200fps with all settings on max. Perfect for online driving sims. Also good spec for running CAD (solidworks runs a treat).

Pick up from Kings Lynn, or I am in Peterborough and Norwich occasionally.

Whats it worth? £180 ono?

Cheers,
David

PS There is no screen with the system, its just the box, keyboard and mouse.

yes Crysis will just go to a blue screen of death if you try to run it on your current pc it did the same on my bros but when i installed it on my pc it was fine think he needs a new graphics card as the rest of his pc is the same as my one. cool game goes a bit wired at times. Spent a day floating around not knowing which way was up!
