Aye posting up some specs and pics would no doubt help to generate some interest.

All I got from looking at the link was that you have a R1 mini for sale but then I knew that from your post anyway!

No it's not one of those. It is the red and white Cooper shown in the video on the Z cars 'Mini' page. This time was done only running 3/4 throttle as the linkage ratio was incorrect. Car is much faster now and also a lot lighter

Car is also featured on Ultimate Mini DVD. This was the first outing of any kind. The car was a whole 2 secs faster than any other mini apart from the Z cars hayabusa that did 0-60 in 2.8secs. It is now properly setup by Pitstop (miglia racers) and about 50kg lighter (460Kg). It will do 1/4 mile in low 12sec bracket.

The car has been continually developed over the last few years but I havent taken any recent pics, i only have pics of the build really. I keep meaning to take the car off the trailer in my garage and take some pics but I never seem to get the time and now I am in the midst of moving house and getting divorced! Will see what I can do this weekend if it isn't peeing it down!!

Cheers
Dale

Did any of the various links show the price? Fairly important piece of info, that and pics.

The price is 9k for quick sale as I move house in 3-4 weeks.

Zcars valued the car back in the summer at 12k but since they last saw it had £3-4k spent on new tubular front end in 2mm CDS, Simpsons built exhaust system, KAD bias pedal box, R500 Magnesium split rims, Michelin slicks, full suspension setup etc.

Pics or it didn't happen

The mental gymnastics a landlord will employ to justify immoral actions is clinically fascinating. Just because something is legal doesn't make it moral.

Probably, this is the Locost forum after all. Have you tried Pistonheads? Lots of rich people over there

I wouldn't say it was too expensive but if you cannot see what it looks like people won't be interested.

You should really post some pics
