My Locost 7 for sale-2.0 16v c20xe fitted

I've owned this for 4 years now and it's been a blast. It's time for a change now though.
If you want an immaculate kit car to take to shows or park at the coffee shop this isn't for you.
If you want a fast, mostly sorted but slightly tatty little rocket then step this way.

Registered 2005 on a Q plate and SVAd at time of registration. Will be sold with a fresh MOT.

It was originally built with a 1600cc Zetec but has been changed to a Vauxhall Redtop by a previous owner. The hole in the bonnet was to clear the inlet on the original engine.

Vauxhall 2.0 16 valve C20XE (Redtop) engine
Late model distributorless version running standard Motronic 2.8 management.
Standard apart from custom inlet manifold.
Cylinder head has had the common repair for porous casting and been pressure tested.
Timing belt and water pump fitted in the last 3 years
New alternator fitted
Oil and filter just changed
Cooling system upgraded as per SBD Motorsport to the correct installation for RWD
VW Polo radiator fitted.
Cooling fan has manual override
Gearbox is a Getrag R25-28 5 speed unit from an Omega
Custom propshaft fitted.
Rear axle is Mk1 escort with open diff. Oil changed in my time with it.
GAZ adjustable coilovers fitted all round.
Rallydesign wishbone kit just fitted to the front with all new balljoints and bushes.
KOSO R2Xn digidash fitted. Oil and water temp plumbed in. Speedo is GPS
Separate oil pressure gauge fitted but not currently wired in
Capri 2.8 13" wheels fitted with Toyo R888s 3 spare tyres included.
Brakes-new calipers(Ford M16) fitted at the front just before I got it. Drilled and grooved discs
Drums on rear.
Stainless hoses all round
Twin master cylinders with bias adjuster on the dash.

Snap off steering wheel-makes it easier to get in and out!
Driver seat and steering column both adjust.
Combined voltmeter/usb charger/cigarette socket on the dash
Comes with a fitted waterproof hood cover
Bodywork is fair. There's some scratches and a couple of dents
The tyres are pretty track focused. For road use I'd recommend changing these.

The wiring in the engine bay isn't pretty but it's secure
Will need tracking/alignment since the front end is newly fitted.

Spares included

A set of front wings-the existing ones are a bit tatty
I had planned on upgrading the fuel system but never got round to it so included is
Brand new alloy fuel tank
VDO fuel tank sender
Low and high pressure pumps
Swirl pot.

£4750

No swaps or part exs.
