Freebi DXF creator application Required

Due to MNR's new Toy ( sorry machine Ahem wont spoil marc's thunder )

I am looking for a Frebi or cheap 2d cad programe.

must be easy to use as I am new to cad design ( not computers ).

must be able to export to a DXF.

any recomendations chaps.

I've always used DesignCAD, very simple 2D and 3D with Autocad DWG/DXF export.

TurboCAD LE

My suggestion would be to go for TurboCad LE (Learning Edition). Very well respected I believe.
