I had to buy a air box to get mine from a bike breakers no body seems to want to split them

those pics of yours look familiar.....




I had to get a whole airbox from a breaker too (via ebay because it was going cheap)

whatch out if your buying airboxes on ebay or similar, alot of them seem to come without the trumpets


also if anyone wants a ZX9R 'E' airbox without the trumpets I've got one in the shed....

Hi mate,

I saw your post and it reminded me. Ive been out and dug the trumpets out off my C1 carbs, have a look at the pictures and see if they'll fit.

^^ the 'E' carb's are different from the the earlier ones - they are CVR carbs (rather than CVK) so they have a different style of trumpet / airbox fixing

I bought mine complete with the airbox and trumpets off ebay. Bargain at £80. You may have to go the same route and sell your others on. Keep a look out and you will find a good deal. Good luck.
