Wanted: A locoster with a lathe + pillar drill!

Evening all.

I'm after some one to make some parts for me, in exchange for beer tokens obviously! I would prefer someone who has the raw material- if not I could try and get hold of some and post it when I'm back from holiday next week.

1- one 5mm thick steel plate with some holes in

2- two turned steel tubes

3- two more turned steel tubes

4- one turned steel spacer with a M10 thread in the middle (or an 8.5mm hole and I can thread myself- something I can do!)
Description
Description

5- four injector blanking plugs in alu

6- six TB spacers in alu

If these pics/drawings aren't good enough the ones in my archive should be a bit clearer, or I can email them. Or I can re-do them if they are totally hopeless!

So, can anyone have a go at this for me?

Thanks,

Craig

What kind of dimensional accuracy are you wanting?

I can help you with all of the above however, the steel plate would be cut with a jigsaw so you would have to file it square if it has to be perfect!

I have odd bits of material but would probs have to order some of it in.

Where are you based?

You might find your local laser-cutter can do them for you at a suprisingly low price and delightful level of accuracy.

If you can cad, you can produce the files the need for cutting and turning.

I use yorkshire profiles, but maybe not much use to you - depends on location.
