I'm going to start looking for alternatives. Savage switches look nice but certainly not worth the money.

Look identical to Savage Switches. Probably from the same manufacturer!

I've heard more than a few comments about the Savage switches and how they 'feel' a bit cheap - certainly that they feel cheaper than they look anyway.

The Cateringvan ones are supposed to be much better - but have a price tag to match - so any quality alternatives would be good to find.

I agree with Ben......I fitted them to my build and wish I hadn't. They do look good, but are not great quality.

Annoyingly the caterham ones look the same from behind. Weak plastic bodies and unobtainable plugs.

I bought some for my build. Ended up selling them and went for rocker switches which are much better quality.

I'm pretty sure they are an APEM A1 Series switch. http://docs-europe.electrocomponents.com/webdocs/0dd8/0900766b80dd8afc.pdf

They are £9.50 through RS if you know anyone who has a business account http://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/push-button-switches/6915494/?

RS don't seem to stock the entire range, they are probably available for a similar price (RS are normally quite expensive) through an APEM distributor.
